What Prism expects

In addition to what you can expect from Prism, as outlined in the Service User Charter, Prism would also like you to observe the following:

1.  Respect for the privacy, dignity and confidentiality of other service users and Prism staff.

2.  Respect for the environment and facilities provided.

3.  Not use abusive language or act in an abusive manner.

4. Attend appointments on time, and keep us informed if you are unable to attend appointments.

5. Your co-operation and participation in the service we offer you.

So that we can provide the best services for our service users, we ask that you are as free of substances as possible when you attend Prism’s services.  If a Prism worker feels that you are too intoxicated when you attend, they may rearrange to see you at another time.

You are not to bring, or consume, alcohol and/or drugs onto Prism premises or to any Prism appointment.

Dealing or sharing in or around Prism premises will not be tolerated and appropriate action will be taken.
